Hey guys! I noticed in the 4.3.6 changelog there is an entry that says "Do not show column 'owner' on tickets grid (backend)" I need to do that but cannot see where/how to remove that column? It's not in General or Helpdesk or Advanced Configuration screens. Is this something that is admin configurable or hard coded into core? If hard coded into core why is it still showing up. The site uses the latest (as of today) 4.3.6 Any thoughts/direction welcome. Thanks!
This column is not shown if you do not use this feature (did not assigned admins to tickets). Also this column was removed for grid that list tickets assigned to you.
