Hello, I am new to amember and a customer wrote to tell me whenever they try to create their account, amember rejects their password. They say they are following the instructions as to capital letters, etc. and have tried multiple times. My guess is a browser cache issue, but wanted to know if anyone else has some suggestions I can tell them? Not seeing this issue when I search the forums. Thanks!
Hello, I suggest to disable option 'Require Strong Password': aMember CP -> Configuration -> Setup/Configuration (Signup Form Configuration) Best Regards.
