HTML content disapears from form

Hi

I have my sales page inserted with HTML text into the amember form for ordering on my site. What happens is that when I edit any of the other fields (name, username phone or similar) the HTML content totally disappears!

I have to go into the html text field last, before saving, for this not to happen. Sometimes I forget and everything in the "HTML text" box is removed from my site.
