Multiple Paypal Accs rotate

    is there a way to set up Multiple Paypal Acc and have them rotate each buy

    reason im asking is because paypal likes to block my accs and keep holding my money so is there a way to rotate multiple paypal accs

    **also looking for the same for stripe **
