For years I've struggled with this paypal double billing issue: - user signs up and pays with paypal - months later a recurring payment fails - amember immediately cancels users membership (this should not happen) - paypal waits 3 days to rebill user automatically - user doesn't know about paypals automatic attempt and logs in and manually adds another paypal payment before the 3 days. - paypal successfully rebills user 3 days later - user now has 2 recurring payments for the same product and is angry.

Hello, You can set option "Reattempt on failure" to "Do not reattempt failed recurring payments" within PayPal plugin configuration to avoid such situation: aMember CP -> Configuration -> Setup/Configuration -> PayPal Best Regards.
