I use Paypal Pro and the latest version of Amember. I had a user get click happy, and purchase the same item 4 times. Instead of contacting me he did 3 chargebacks. Is there anyway in Amember to prevent duplicate payments from being made, so I can avoid this in the future.
I have the same question. I tried to edit the product so that the customer cannot purchase it if he already has an active subscription to it. But it still appears on the order form (website.com/amember/signup/index/c/productcode) and can be paid for more than once. How to do it? Thanks
product may be available on signup form even if user already has it, but, you should get an error when yo utry to purchase it second time. Does this not happen?
