No matter how many times I try to sign up, the above error keeps coming. What could be the matter? There was an old thread from 2008 about this, but it wasn't answered.
I found a possible clue. My product no longer has anything in "eFront Subscriptions". I had reported a few days earlier that deleting a user and adding them back fixed this, but I need a more reliable solution. I am using 3.2.4PRO
I did that and paid for a 4.1.7 upgrade to be installed. Still have problems, so added to the ticket.
